Change the normal outline of a block to white, red, purple, chroma etc…;
Be able to customise the crosshair ;
In Optifine you're able to change the textures of an item only by its name, unfortunately it doesn't work when arrows are supposed to be on the bow, I would like this to be fixed.

When an arrow is on the bow, they both are one texture. Thats why it doesn't work. You would need new textures to be created at that point since they are saved as one file.
