Make sure you don’t have any antivirus enabled that would stop the download and try disactivating you firewall/any VPN you have.Posted on 21 August 2019 - 05:22 AM

I don’t have VPN, antivirus too, the firewall is turned off and everything is fine with the Internet, and it is not installed
