(Optifine) capes

Hey all,I don't know if this is a bug or if this is supposed to happen, but the (optifine) capes are doing weird stuff.
1. In 1.8 to 1.13.2, when you sneak, your cape stays at the same height, which is very ugly…
2. In 1.14, when you sneak, your cape (and wings) disappear.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening and when this is going to be fixed?

https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/230623 already reported. It is a BLC bug that happens in 1.14+. It has to do something new crouching.
