i see alot of youtubers that use badlion client playing uhc have bigger heads while they are on the ground after a kill how do i enable this setting?

This is a ressource pack for minecraft that you can download. Like this one here ->http://www.mediafire.com/file/b3gqmq94oki7a52/BigHead.zip . Make sure to only use this on Hypixel or servers that allow it.
