My brain hurts because first:

1) When I move the top timeline, it starts from the start and fast forwards to the part of the part where I moved the cursor on
2) The bottom timeline cannot be moved or NO SCROLL BAR, only zoom in or zoom out. Causing me to end up in the middle which will be hard for me to add keyframes in a faster time.
