I was trying to run cheat engine saw you couldnt have badlion client installed, so i deleted it and cheat engine still wont run, am i missing something. I restared my pc after deleting it aswell

Hey,

Are you sure that you've uninstalled the client via the control panel?

This step is required to remove badlion client completely. And its is also a good practice to do this for every (!) program you want to get rid of. After using the Badlion Client uninstaller, you also have to restart your computer.

Yes, its possible to disable the anticheat, so cheat engine can run again manually if you deleted the uninstaller too.
