Try checking if your firewall or any installed antivirus are blocking the connection and make sure you do not have a VPN. If you’re not sure, just disable your them temporarily and see if you still get the error.
If this problem is still occurring, submit a bug report at the bottom of the launcher.




(PS. Are you using the normal or the beta version of the launcher?)
