You can make a payment support thread in the first 48 hours though before trying to do this, please check you cosmetics locker in game. ( home screen when you open the game )

Hello!

Do you have your cosmetics options on? you can check by those steps:

Go in server >> Press RShift >> Go more settings >> find options (cloaks, hats, insider, dance, etc) and turn those on.

If you have it turned on, than check if you have cosmetic in cosmetic menu on launcher… Open launcher (don't go in game) >> click Cosmetics button >> if you have it as "Bought" than you should have it, if not then you should've posted payment support thread. That's all.
