I was playing potion pvp na, recruiting for a 10man party. I waited 30 seconds before typing "Msg Me To Join A 10v10" and i got muted. I need to know if its perm mute or temp because i just donated to the server and it sucks to be perm muted

you're not perm muted and you were probably saying it more than that
