Moition Blur (2.0)

Hello!Have you set the blur amount to max? If yes, lower it.

I just tested the new Motion Blur and it worked. Make sure to disable Fast Render (Options -> Video Settings -> Performance -> Fast Render).Also, try changing texture packs, it might be a texture pack's fault.
