Cosmetic transfer question

I'm having issues with purchasing a cosmetic item on my alternate account. If I were to purchase the cosmetic item on my main account, could I have it transferred to my alternate account?I have yet to make the purchase, but I want to confirm the above statement before proceeding.

Hello!Cosmetics can be transferred to another account within 48 hours of purchase by going to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 and making a thread (pinned threads must be read first).
