I'm interested in buying a shield, but I will like to know if they appear like you are blocking when you are doing block hits, if you can see it in your main hand in first person, and if you can see it in F5 also. Thank-you

Hello!

You can't see a shield when you block with your sword.
You can't see it in the first-person view but you can see a shield in the third person view (F5 mode).

A shield can be located on the back of your Minecraft character and in the hand (not in the main hand) - the location can be changed through the Cosmetics menu and graphics settings.
