Whenever I log onto badlion client, I have to re-put my resource pack into use, like, isn't it supposed to stay there? For some reason when I log off the pack changes to default.. help!

Hello,

The resource pack is supposed to stay activated and it shouldn't change back to the default pack unless you are switching between the newest and older versions.
Which version of Minecraft are you using when this issue is happening?

Im currently using version 1.8.9 on BL client

Make sure you are actually applying the resource pack - move the pack from the left side to the right side and click on "Apply". Make sure to check if it's applied by going back to the resource pack menu - you should see the pack on the right side if it's applied.

If that is what you have been doing, then follow these steps to submit a bug report:
1. Launch the game.
2. Apply the resource pack.
3. Close the game and launch it again.
4. If the resource pack has automatically changed itself to the default pack, go to the launcher, scroll down and click on "Submit Bug Report" (https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports).
It will send us your logs and developers are going to look into what's causing to remove the texture pack each time you launch the same version of Minecraft.
