Can't open WIndows Overlay

On windows 10 if you hold down windows key plus g it opens a gui and in that gui you can record and I have a bad pc and the windows overlay record Doesn't lag me so I use that to record but whenever I do that this happens, Any Ideas? https://imgur.com/a/ywrLdmePosted on 23 December 2019 - 11:15 PM
Hello, JacobTGKTry using windows borderless mode. You can find this option when you press "Right Shift" then click the "Graphics" tab. Find "Borderless Fullscreen" and enable it.

When I tried that it still Didn't work and just made gave me less FPS
