I play with borderless full screen so I can easily click over to my next monitor but recently I played R6 and when I clicked the borderless full screen option is capped my refresh rate at 60 and only when I was in full screen I have 144hz. This got me wondering, does enabling borderless full screen on BLC do the same and cap my refresh rate at 60hz?

Hello,

Badlion Client's borderless fullscreen option does not cap the refresh rate.

Have you checked the graphics control panel to make sure you haven't enabled V-Sync?
I did a little research - R6 isn't controlling the refresh rate. It has to do something with your refresh rate settings in the graphics control panel or Windows monitor properties.
