BLC keeps crashing, unable to send bug report.

My dad was transferring some files from his phone to his hard drive and after that when I would try to get on a server specifically on BLC it would go perfectly fine until i would try to move my mouse or character. I then tried to send a bug report and an error popped up asking me to log out and sign in again, but it didn't work.Posted on 06 January 2020 - 02:28 AM
Hello,Try reinstalling Badlion Client. Use the control panel to uninstall it and then go to https://client.badlion.net/ and download the client. See if it changes anything.
If it didn't help, submit a bug report. If you logged out from the website and launcher and then logged back in on both, and the error is still showing up, go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/108 and make a new thread. Explain the problem (what did you do before it crashed, etc). Admins might ask you to upload crash logs manually.

I'm stuck in the launcher it just keeps showing the mc version loading and the launch button loading.Please help.

Hello @JiloNext time create a new thread if you have a completely different issue.
Make sure that you have a stable internet connection, and make sure that your firewall/Windows Defender and antivirus aren't blocking BLC connections.
