When i am using tthe badlion client i toggle optifine to be on but when the game launches i never get the optifine video settings nor the optifine zoom, how can i get them?

Optifine is not yet out in versions 1.15 and above. This is why you won't their settings. The developers are simply waiting on Optifine 1.15+ to be released.

Then try start again with optifine enabled. If you don't have optifine when started, close the client again and press on the bug report button in the launcher.
