My Koala Cape Isn't registering

I have purchased the new Koala cape to help raise money to save Austrilia. When I load the client the slot where the koala cape is it is blank and only has a box with no picture and not appearing on the character. How long ago did you purchase it? Make sure to wait a couple of minutes for it to load, if it doesn’t load in a couple of hours try making a purchase ticket.Posted on 14 January 2020 - 04:45 PM
I purchased it around 15 min ago and my history says the purchase did complete but the box is completely empty unfortunately.
