1.15.1 Optifine (How to enable?)

Sorry, I just came back and I used to play BLC on 1.7.10, but now I play on a realm with my friends. Unfortunately, I can't zoom or enable my Optifine Cape. I'm sure I'm missing a setting somewhere, but I can't seem to find anything.Thanks
