If you do a dance with the wings, its really buggy.Same by the Panda Hat, if you sneak with that, it goes into your head.

Hello,Wings issue is known and already has been reported to developers.
As for the issue related to the panda hat, could you please send a screenshot of it and check on which Minecraft versions is the issue happening?
