Because in Badlion Client my FPS is limited to 60, This makes my FPS worse.Any solution ?

Hello,Most likely you have enabled V-Sync (it can be found in video settings) or you have enabled it in your graphics control panel. Make sure to disable it and set your FPS to max in Minecraft video settings.

You don't need to enable vsync. It allows you to synchronize the frame rate of the game with the monitor refresh rate for better stability. It can be turned on by moving the FPS slider all the way to the left side.It looks like you haven't enabled vsync in Minecraft settings. Make sure to open your graphics control panel and disable vsync in there. The FPS cap shows that there's some sort of vsync enabled.When you changed Intel Graphics settings, did you restart your computer?
Also, try updating your graphics drivers by downloading this Intel tool and running a scan - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
