I get big screen tearing when moving around every couple seconds its unplayable
(Btw I have 900 fps when this happens and my frames aren't dropping)

Hello,

Have you tried enabling V-Sync? If you haven't done that, please do so. Enabling V-Sync can be an effective fix on many computers suffering from screen tearing.
You can also enable it on your video card settings.
