keyboard input lag only in 1.8.9

Hi. Can you share a bit more information about the lag? How long does it take for a key input to react? What are your general computer specifications?Do you have the issue with Vanilla?

my pc specs is:pentium CPU G203 @ 3.00GHz 3.00GHz
8,00 GB RAM
GPU: (integrated with the cpu)
x64
if i have this issua in vanilla:
only in badlion,more specifically in versions 1.8.9 and above
