Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to be able to modify your optifine cape on the client badlion without going through the real minecraft client.

Hello,

Did you mean modifying as in clicking on the in-game button that opens the cape editor on your browser? It's possible to do it only on 1.14.4 right now.
