mouse button fix?

Hello,I don't know if we have it but Sk1er doesn't want any of his mods in any clients as he wants people to use forge again.

I'm pretty sure this mod is already built in, as I've binded my 9th hotbar slot to a side button on my mouse and it's been working fine.
