BLC download

Every time I try to download it always says "Failed - Insufficient permissions" can someone help me with that? I use BLC because my comp can't really handle mc alone. I couldn't find a way to put a picture so i'll just put the linkfile:///C:/Users/blizz/Pictures/Screenshots/Screenshot%20(12).png
