Hi! I have just purchased an emote at 15:30ish in store rn and have not received it. I have checked my cosmetics, my emotes reel and still nothing there. If this is a glitch could BAC please add it into my account as u can see the payment log. Also if anyone knows this issue or how to fix please reply!Thankyou for your support!

Make sure you are using the right Minecraft account (the one you purchased your emotes on).
If you haven't restarted your Badlion Client since the purchase, please do so.
Check the emotes menu (not the emotes wheel) (by default the emotes menu is bound to the H key):
