generally you can only change the size of the inventory by changing the size of the GUI.
This can be done separately on other clients, such as the LabyMod Client, so you dont have to change the size of your GUI (heart size, crosshair size asn)
For players like me who like to play with smaller hearts but still want to have a large inventory, this setting is very practical
