I remember while playing on the server i seen people ask about /dueling and sometimes(example) if the person asks to duel without debuffs the other person might scam and use debuffs. I think there should a be rule about /dueling and following the rule(s) the person tells the other player that accepts the duel

This is unneeded work on my staff that can be simply resolved by not dueling that person again on your side.
