I want to play minecraft version 1.15.2 with shaders but is there a way so i can install pre relases of optifine.

Hello,

No, there is no way to use Shaders on 1.15.x versions at the moment.
Once a stable version of Optifine comes out, our developers will add it to Badlion Client.
