umm when am I going to get my cape

Okay so I bought a cape about 1 week ago using the payment method PayPal and I still haven't got it I tried reinstalling and doing all that but I still don't have it. But in the payment info I sent it to my balloon account not my Minecraft account Is that a problem?PlZZZ let me know if any questions here is confusing. THANK YOU!

Cosmetics are linked to Minecraft accounts, not Badlion accounts. Use the right Minecraft account (the one you purchased your cloak on) and see if it's in the cosmetics menu. Note: if you change the account via the in-game account switcher, please restart your game if you don't see your cloak in the cosmetics menu.

Open the launcher and then open your account settings.
Then click on the payments tab and find your purchase. It will show the name of the account the cloak was purchased on.
Then launch the game, and use the in-game account switcher to add the right Minecraft account (the one you purchased the cloak on).
