With the new Minecraft EULA is it still safe to buy a cloak?

Hello,

We offer cloaks, not capes. There are differences between our Cloak system and the Mojang Cape system. At this time all of our standard policies are staying in place as is. Cloaks will remain on our shop.

If we buy a cloak and we don't want it we can refund it for our money back or get a change cloak for it

Only within 48 hours of the purchase unfortunately the staff say it's due to security concerns but I don't understand the security concerns.
