There is an infamous GUI bug where whenever you change the size of screen (GUI) in Badlion, any GUI features like SBA, will be altered.
I know this is a bug and that staff are trying to fix it,
But is there any way to prevent it? Because whenever I launch the client it won't start in fullscreen, so the GUI will shift every time.

You can try switching to borderless fullscreen mode and disabling Simple GUI in the Grahpics tab of the mod menu. There aren't any other fixes for the moment so if those don't work, you'll have to be patient.
