I just downloaded Badlion I don't know which ones are useful and I should turn on.

It depends on what you like. I highly suggest you use AUTOGG and AUTOTIP if you are on hypixel, and you can also use Togglesprint so you don't always have to hold down your sprint button. But I suggest you just play around with the mods on the client and see which ones are useful to you.
