If you have Windows 7:
• Double-check if you have installed Service Pack 1 - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15090/windows-7-install-service-pack-1-sp1
• You are also required to download the security patch for SHA-2 support:
1. For a 32-bit operating system: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ie/download/details.aspx?id=46078
2. For a 64-bit operating system: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=46148

Additionally, our client will no longer be accepting Windows 7 soon because of these issues and bugs.
