Hello,Please submit a bug report by clicking on "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom of the launcher after having this issue. It will send us your logs and the tech support team will look into the issue.

I was playing minecraft then it took me out of the game and it said minecraft ran out of memory. i didnt try to go back in so i turned my computer off. 3 hours later this happened where it didnt respond, I am pretty sure it is because of that because i tried other clients and they ran perfectly. I tried both and neither of them worked i am still having the same issue.I have reinstalled it and that didnt work either.
Hope there is a way to fix it.

If that didn't solve the issue, the only option is to wait for the tech support team to respond to your bug report that you submitted through the launcher. They will look at your logs and try to diagnose the cause of the issue.Posted on 28 April 2020 - 12:11 PM
