Hello,It's a possibility that your texture pack has a lightmap (it works just like the fullbright mod).

Lower the in-game brightness in Minecraft video settings (move the slider to the left side) and then change it back to what you had set it before and see if it removes the fullbright.Posted on 27 April 2020 - 09:36 PM
