I play on Mac and whenever I change a profile, it either takes a longer time than usual or it completely crashes the game.

Hello,

Could you please submit a bug report by clicking on "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom of the launcher after your game has crashed (https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports)? It will send us your logs and the tech support team will look into the issue.
