The MouseDelayFix is a really useful mod because it makes you hit the air less.. if that makes sense? Whenever you flick your mouse to hit someone in minecraft without the mod, sometimes you punch the air because of the delay, but the MouseDelayFix fixes that and it helps with pvp a lot.
