Ok so this mod is very good, lets say you are the skyblock AH and you need to look at some items, but when you hover over it, it goes off your screen. You also don't want to make your gui to small because its so ridiculously difficult to see. This mod helps letting you lower, raise, move left to right on any item description! The name is Scrollable tooltips! by sk1er.club

The mod was made by Sk1er and I think that he doesn't want any of his mods in clients, so I don't think that we are able to add it just like that.
