Not included in the BLC launcher

Hello! In 2019, I used Windows 7 and everything worked perfectly . 7 months ago I installed Windows 10 and an error occurred with BLC I download it run it and this error . I deleted everything related to minecraft and reinstalled it . Unsuccessfully. I reinstalled Windows and nothing helps. Please help.Some Badlion Client files are missing . Please make sure that no Badlion Client file was accidentally deleted by your antivirus and Badlion Client was launched from the directory where it was originally installed.

Hello,Make sure your antivirus is not removing Badlion Client files.
Uninstall Badlion Client, disable your antivirus, install the latest version of Badlion Client.

Hello!Disabled all antivirus programs and deleted everything related to the badlion client . Installed it and still the same problem. Help please

3) Explain what is not working.
