My minecraft starts without sound

Hello.When I start Minecraft on Badlion, it starts with sound but often without sound.
I tried to restart Minecraft but still without sound. I don't want to restart my pc all the time.
And of course I have my Minecraft sounds on.
Is there a way to fix it without restarting your pc?

Hello,Try reloading resources. Press ESC and click on Reload Resources at the bottom left corner.
