Particle fix mod

This is a mod by default active on labymod.I couldnt find it anywhere but i think they coded it in to the client? Anyway, it makes it so that the particles you get when you hit someone only show up when you actually deal damage to them.
This would be a great mod to add because i use the particle mod on 7 times particles and i hate getting the particles when i dont hit them, i am sick of this bug and would like this to be added to fix it.
