For a few weeks I've had a problem with badlion client every other second drops to 0 fps and then jumps back up again repeatedly. I've tried basically everything now including reinstalling windows twice, using high perfomance in power plan updated all the drivers including windows, lowered ram and ingame setting and so on. I play on 1.8.9 with very few mods and have fps boost on. I play on a laptop with these specs. I'ts really annoying and I hope I gave everything needed.I'll give more info in comments.

[The laptop is made by Dell and is a inspirion gaming 7000 if its important btw]
