1.7 Animations Mod Tweaks

The Animations Mod options could be cleaned up. Mainly, there is a dedicated fishing rod hold position slider but fishing rod is also under the "Item Hold" slider? If you have the the Item Hold slider on but the rod slider off you get this weird hold position that's neither 1.7 or 1.8. The rod properties of the "Item Hold" slider should be combined with the rod slider.
