I agree. I like Spongebob and I think quite a lot of people would buy it :)Maybe a pineapple or something similar instead.

I love spongebob! He is very groovy so I think there should be a cape for him <3+1

You could just have a generic pineapple. Closest you could get without being copyrighted and would still be recognisable, especially with a spongebag skin + it would look nice :)
