Yesterday i couldnt use blc because it just didnt launch. it said launching for like 10 min and did nothing. today when i opened it up it immediately popped the update available window and took ages to update. after leaving it running for a while and going afk i´got an error message. i restarted the update like 30min ago and its going through the 5th cycle of downloading new badlion assets right now, each one taking over 5 min to load. thats a heck of a long time…. is that normal? just a big update?

Edit: it just gave me the error message again -_- "Error updating jar. -29"

Edit2: i just reinstalled and restarted twice and its still doing the same crap! Someone please help me D:

Hello,
Please make sure that nothing is blocking the jar update. To do so, make sure that neither your anti-virus software nor your firewall software are blocking the connection (make sure that the software aren't blocking / haven't blacklisted BLC). Additionally, if you have a VPN, disable it.

If none of these solutions help, go to the bottom of the launcher and click "Submit Bug Report" when you get this error. These sorts of errors come and go so the more information our Tech Support team can gather on them, the better.

i have no vpn. as far as i know i already have my firewall disabled by default and if i dont, i doubt its blocking java. anyways ill try that tomorrow. i already made a bug report earlier.
