Minecraft Out of Memory

my allocated ram is at the highest it can go(6114MB) but it still crashes.it says that minecraft has run out of memory, and I would like to know how to fix this issue.

Both provided solutions didn't work.Is there any other possible solution?
This is only the case on 1.16.1 but not other versions such as 1.8.9.
