Essentially what the title says. Whenever the client detects you are connecting to Server.com, it loads up the profile with the server setting set to server.com, or at the same time, you can connect to Server2.net and it will load up the profile with the server setting set to Server2.net. This likely wouldn't be easy to do but it would be nice.

So is this profile made by the server like a custom texture pack?

I think OP meant more like that you can link certain profiles (made by you) to certain servers.
For example:
Link profile1 to server1
Link profile2 to server2

This could be very useful +1
