(In 1.8.9) I tried pressing my "c" key for zoom, (controls settings say that "c" is assigned to optifine zoom), but nothing happens, I have optifine enabled when I launch the game, and there no other functions assigned to the c key.Posted on 07 July 2020 - 11:47 PM

By "zoom mod" I assume you're talking about the Optifine feature that allows you to zoom using a key, if so, yes it is enabled and the key is assigned to the "c" keyPosted on 09 July 2020 - 08:36 AM
Within the Client mod menu (the pop-up menu on the right-hand side), scroll all the way to the bottom and ensure that "Zoom" is toggled on, as can be seen in https://i.badlion.net/hYSthSvQ49VxSyTDUJ4Vt3.png
If this isn't enabled the Optifine mod will not work.

I finally found out my problem, the problem was the "default zoom" slider was set to one, raising that slider to the right increases the zoom, sorry for my incompetence….
